Nesta ilustração, tentei imaginar como seria a vida noturna dos gatos enquanto seus humanos dormiam. Certamente envolveria muita festa, talvez em um bar secreto. Tentei adicionar pequenos detalhes que vi em bares que freqüentei e também dar a cada gato uma personalidade diferente.
In this artwork, I tried to imagine how the cats' night life would be, while their humans slept. It certainly would envolve tons of partying, maybe in a secret bar. I tried to add little details that I saw in bars I attended and also to give each cat a different personality.

Fui contatado pela revista de animê e mangá brasileira Neo Tokyo para falar sobre mim, as aulas de mangá que eu ministrava na época e dar dicas para aqueles que gostariam de desenhar neste estilo. Cats Night Out apareceu ainda na fase de lineart, para ilustrar a matéria.

I was contacted by the anime and manga-centered magazine from Brazil, Neo Tokyo, to talk about me, the manga course I used to teach at the time and to give tips to those who were interested in drawing in this style. Cats Night Out, still at the lineart form, was used to illustrate the article.
