The CX Experience Summit, hosted by Amcham Brazil and Genesys, brought together leaders and experts for a series of speeches and talks discussing innovation and customer experience, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence across different fields. During the immersive lunch experience that concluded the event, I performed a live painting — completing with acrylic paint an artwork that had begun digitally with the aid of AI, symbolizing the collaboration between human creativity and technology. A digital version of the painting I created previously was also featured on the gift bags given to participants. My illustrations were also projected onto the dining tables, creating a sensory experience that merged art, gastronomy, and digital transformation. The final artwork was acquired by Genesys and now belongs to the company’s collection at its São Paulo headquarters.

O CX Experience Summit, promovido pela Amcham Brasil e Genesys, reuniu líderes e especialistas para uma série de palestras e discussões sobre inovação e experiência do cliente, com foco na aplicação da inteligência artificial em diferentes áreas. Durante a experiência de almoço imersivo que encerrou o evento, realizei uma performance de pintura ao vivo em que finalizei com tinta acrílica uma obra iniciada digitalmente com o auxílio de IA — uma representação simbólica da colaboração entre humano e tecnologia. Uma versão digital da pintura que criei anterioremente também foi usada nas sacolas de brinde oferecidas aos participantes. Minhas ilustrações também foram projetadas nas mesas, criando uma experiência sensorial que uniu arte, gastronomia e transformação digital. Ao final, a obra foi adquirida pela Genesys e passou a integrar o acervo da sede da empresa em São Paulo.

The theme — artificial intelligence — was proposed by the client, from which I developed the visual concept. The composition depicts two faces: one shaped by human hands and the other generated by artificial intelligence. Between them grows an unknown plant, symbolizing a new cycle born from this collaboration. Its fruits remain uncertain, but the potential is clear. The color palette was inspired by Genesys’ visual identity, blending warm and luminous tones to convey vitality and transformation.

O tema da obra — inteligência artificial — foi proposto pelo cliente, e a partir dele desenvolvi o conceito visual. A composição representa dois rostos: um criado por mãos humanas e outro originado por inteligência artificial. Entre eles, cresce uma planta de espécie desconhecida, símbolo do novo ciclo que surge dessa colaboração. Não se sabe quais frutos ela trará, mas o potencial é evidente. A paleta de cores foi inspirada na identidade visual da Genesys, equilibrando tons quentes e luminosos para expressar vitalidade e transformação.

The process began with a digital base created with the aid of AI, later refined and printed on a large canvas. During the event, I completed the painting live with layers of acrylic paint, emphasizing the contrast between human gesture and algorithmic creation. The result embodies the fusion of technology and sensibility — the core theme of the CX Experience Summit.

O processo iniciou com uma base digital gerada com auxílio de IA, posteriormente refinada e impressa sobre tela em grande formato. Durante o evento, finalizei a pintura ao vivo com camadas de tinta acrílica, reforçando a dualidade entre o gesto humano e a construção algorítmica. O resultado reflete a união entre tecnologia e sensibilidade — tema central do CX Experience Summit.
